Privacy
Lawrence Cellars, LLC (Gård Vintners) respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside Gård Vintners without your consent, except as required by law or to protect Gård Vintners its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share Gård Vintners commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time you may contact Gård Vintners with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.

Security
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Credit card refunds
Gård Vintners processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Returns
Gård Vintners guarantees the quality of all our wines and merchandise. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at wine@gardvintners.com.

Shipping Policy


HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO:

Due to below average winter temperatures, we are holding current shipments until we reach a more weather appropriate shipping weather. We will resume shipping when the temperatures are above freezing or it's determined that we can safely ship wine without temperature damage. Please don't hesitate to contact us to make other arrangements to your wines to their final destination. We offer Gård gift cards or a personalized note to the recipient in substitution.

Thank you for your interest in shipping Gård wines, we're very particular about what goes into the bottle so we want to take the utmost care getting that bottle to you. Before purchasing online, please review the wine shipping policies below, if there is something that is questionable or you have a concern, please don't hestitate to email us at wine@gardvintners.com, we'll reply as quickly as possible in order to make the ordering process a smooth one.

Gård Vintners uses the 'best method' to deliver your wine in the most economical and efficient manner, when available. We ship using United States Postal Service (UPS) for orders shipped within the continential US (subject to our state direct shipping permits below). If you need us to use a different carrier, please call or email us directly.  Shipments may be delayed by the carrier to avoid temperature extremes. For date-sensitive orders, please call us directly. Orders placed by 10:00am Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will usually be shipped within 2 business days.  The package tracking number will be sent to the person placing the order via email once the order has shipped (timing will vary depending on carrier).

During hot weather (90 degrees and above) and cold weather (32 degrees and below), there is a high chance the wine will be damaged in transit. In the instance you would like wine to be shipped to an area affected by these conditions, we highly recommend selecting the Next Day Air shipping option. Gård Vintners is not liable for any packages damaged due to hot or cold weather.

In order for wine to be delivered, the signature of a person 21 years or older must be obtained by the carrier.  We strongly recommend shipping wine to a business address, if possible, in order to avoid delays associated with obtaining a signature.  Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended (ex., at a door or on a porch).  If you would like to make more specific arrangements with the carrier handling your delivery, you can do so by calling the carrier directly and providing the package tracking number. 

We are in compliance to ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota (UPS only), Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

A couple of other details:

  • Acts of Nature: No refunds will be offered for damages or delays caused by acts of nature or inclement weather.
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.
  • Our standard "packaging" is pulp cartons, however we do offer the option of styrofoam for better insulation.
  • UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine.
  • UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Gård Vintners. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges.
